Logged dives count towards your score, and so do the countries you have dived in. The more of your diving life is on record, the further your total goes.
If you are a fan of a dive centre, ten per cent of your total is added to that centre's score — including the points from your dives at these sites. Diving close to home quietly helps the base you set out from.
Points come from use, never from paying.
No, and it never will be. It grows with the people who add the sites they know. That is exactly why adding one is worth the effort.
Yes. Every dive site page is public. An account is only needed to report a site or to link it to a dive.
Because nobody has filled it in yet. Fields stay empty rather than being guessed — an invented depth would be worse than none at all.
A region groups the sites of a diving area and describes it as a whole. From a region you reach its sites, and from a site its region.
