Air Prang 2

Also known as: Aer Prang 2 · Aer Perang 2

Air Prang 2 lies directly in front of the wartime water jetty. The sand slope has a few coral bommies in the shallows where Banggai cardinalfish, moray eels and snake eels live, while flying gurnards, stargazers, boxfish and fingered dragonets cross the sand. At the deeper end a large area of Goniopora coral attracts ribbon eels and Halgerda, Chromodoris and Hypselodoris nudibranchs, with frogfish and waspfish nearby. Coral rubble and elephant ear sponges lie at the bottom of the slope.
