Aer Prang
Also known as: Air Prang · Aer Perang · Aer Perang 1
The name means war water: a jetty here supplied fresh water from an aquifer uphill and was installed by the Japanese during the Second World War, and Dive The World adds that a warship blasted through the rocks to reach it. Aer Prang lies to the left of the jetty, with Air Prang 2 in front and Air Prang 3 to the right. The large sand slope is shallow and protected from current, so it is quieter by day but excellent after dark, when bobbit worms, bobtail squid, snake eels and stargazers appear. Octopus are the main draw, including mimic octopus and wonderpus, and Pegasus sea moths walk across the sand.

Vote for the name divers really use. Divers who logged a dive here count double. The votes are counted every night, and the main name only changes when another name has led clearly for a week.
