divers.world lists one dive region in this country: Grenada. 49 dive sites in this country are described here. Most common site types: Reef, Wreck, Wall. 5 dive shops in this country are listed on divers.world.
Most of the dive sites are concentrated around the south and west coasts. And perhaps the most famous site of them all is the Bianca C. This dive spot features a 600-foot luxury liner that was ruined by an explosion in 1961. In addition, there are lots of other wrecks that litter Grenada’s seascape, both naturally lost and purposely-sunk. You could simply dive just wrecks on Grenada, but you would miss reefs, walls and the underwater sculpture parks that are prolific marine ecosystems. Drift past covered whip corals and a variety of sponges and sea fans while watching schools of jack, rainbow runners and Creole wrasse.
Grenada, a Caribbean gem known as the Spice Island, is a destination that deserves to be noticed -- especially if you want to enjoy new adventures or revisit some of your favorite ways to have fun in the sun. If you're after a week or two on a relaxed tropical island, Grenada may well be just the place you're seeking. For starters, it has many stunning, soft-sand beaches. Added to which it's incredibly scenic, with a mountainous and lush interior, and in hilly St George's you'll find one of the region's most attractive capitals. Grenada features ideal weather all year so you can get out and explore and take on adventure.
