Lighthouse Reef
Large rocks and overhangs break up a mostly hard coral reef dotted with big sea fans. Nurse sharks of 1.5 to 3 m are often found resting here, and in mid-year pregnant females gather. Rays and large fish also pass, and green morays share holes with cleaner shrimp. A long sand channel called Stingray Alley starts at the northern tip of the reef.
