San Juan

Also known as: San Juan Shipwreck

The former inter-island cargo vessel lies on a coral rubble and sand bottom and was broken up and shifted by Hurricane Ivan in 2004. Lobsters and small nurse sharks live in the wreckage. Schools of jacks and grunts surround it, and eagle rays, barracuda and Atlantic spadefish pass by. The often strong current limits the site to experienced divers.
