Frigate Rock

The rock rises from the open sea and is white with the droppings of the many birds that rest on it. Underwater a drop-off wall is covered in colourful sponges and sea fans. The reef is rarely visited and appears largely untouched, and sharks are among the visitors. Currents can be strong, so it is recommended for advanced divers.
