Secca del Villaggio

Boats moor in the little cove under the old French village, and divers drop onto sand at about 6 m. From there the bottom slopes very gently along a line of boulders that create crevices and short walls covered in sponges and starfish. Octopus, groupers and moray eels watch from their holes, and groups of amberjacks or barracuda pass by now and then. At the deepest point, around 23 m, large fan mussels stand in the sediment. The dive centre presents it as a site that suits every diver.
