Sund Rock
Also known as: Sund Rock Marine Preserve
Sund Rock is a privately run marine preserve with a gated entry where day use requires a paid reservation. From the parking area divers choose the North Wall, reached by a ramp, or the South Wall, reached by a trail and stairs, and descend straight away or after a short surface swim. The South Wall starts at the rock point and leads to boulders and wolf eel dens, while the area further out holds a garden of white sea whips below about 75 ft and a central wall known as the Fish Pen for advanced divers. Wolf eels, giant Pacific octopus (sometimes guarding eggs), squat lobsters, large lingcod and schooling rockfish are typical. The sheltered cove makes it popular with new divers, and the property closes at 5 pm.

Vote for the name divers really use. Divers who logged a dive here count double. The votes are counted every night, and the main name only changes when another name has led clearly for a week.
