Isuelita

The Isuelita is reached from the western flank of the Isuela, either along the connecting saddle or by crossing open water when visibility allows. Its southern and western faces drop almost vertically, while the sides facing the coast and the saddle slope more gently. Red gorgonian fans carry catshark eggs, and every crack shelters eels and crustaceans. A colony of false black coral and orange tube sponges grow on the gentler slopes. Large white seabream, hunting dentex and the occasional amberjack or bonito are seen on the top.
