Ngatangiia School
Coral heads on the edge of the drop-off top out at about 16 m, which makes the site a favourite for training and less experienced divers. A notable feature is a giant bommie that a cyclone flipped upside down onto the edge; its flat underside now looks like a pavement and is known as the table top. Experienced divers can drop to a swim-through at about 27 m, where a school of black trevally usually circles the group. The site was badly damaged by cyclones in 2005 but has recovered well.
