Arorangi Passage
Outside the passage divers find a series of small canyons and swim-throughs to explore. Lionfish and reef sharks may be seen. Although it is the smallest and shallowest passage on the island, the current can be very strong. In recent years the passage was dredged so that small vessels and cruise ship tenders can use it.
