Lembongan Bay
Of all the sites around Nusa Lembongan, this bay is the best protected, and it reaches only about 10 to 15 m. Coral bommies sit on bright white sand that reflects the sunlight and makes the colours of the reef stand out. Clownfish, angelfish, unicornfish, moray eels and small schooling fish live around the bommies, and patient divers find frogfish, nudibranchs, shrimps and cuttlefish. The easy conditions make it the usual choice for Discover Scuba Diving, buoyancy training and night dives. Although snorkelling pontoons are moored in the bay, the reef has stayed in good condition.
