Bojaha Madi

Also known as: Bojahamadi · Moofushi Rock · Moofushi Manta Point

A shallow plateau drops to a ledge, and a big coral block on its eastern side serves as the cleaning station. In strong current the mantas hover over the station while divers hook on and watch; in weaker current they glide around it. Blue-striped snappers, groupers and oriental sweetlips surround the block, and whitetip reef sharks, Napoleon wrasse, eagle rays and mobulas also visit. The site is popular, and many divers at once can scare the mantas away.
