Angaga Thila
Also known as: Angaga Tila
Its central position in the atoll gives it some protection from the currents that sweep many Ari thilas. The top lies at around 7 to 10 metres and the reef has many cracks and holes. Hawksbill turtles, red-toothed triggerfish, fusiliers and groupers are typical, along with scorpionfish and anemones with clownfish. When the current runs, tuna, sharks and rays gather on the up-current side. Hard corals on the reef are regrowing.
