Rangali Madivaru
Also known as: Rangali Madivaru Manta Point
The reef is flanked by two channels, with a vertical wall to the north and a gentle slope to the south. The cleaning station sits at the channel entrance where the slope meets a plateau at around 8 to 10 metres. Mantas visit on outgoing currents in their season, and the site is one of the three classic manta stations of Ari Atoll. Sharks, Napoleon wrasse and turtles are often seen, with leaf fish, ghost pipefish and other macro life in the crevices. It lies within a marine protected area.
