Seth Dive describes a surface pool with wooden stairs and a cavern route featuring stalactites, small columns and flowstone at around 10 to 12 m. The halocline shimmers at about 6 to 8 m. The SSI dive guide describes it as a freshwater cenote suited to practising Open Water skills, with a maximum depth of 9 m, small fish, turtles and aquatic plants. It is part of the Ponderosa cave system and can be reached by cave divers from X'tabay cave in Chikin Ha park.
