Punta Megna
A rocky ridge near the port of Rinella on Salina, no deeper than 18 m and used as a beginner site. It lets children and new divers get used to their equipment while enjoying the sea life.
Punta Megna is an underwater rock ridge close to Rinella harbour on Salina. With a maximum depth of 18 m it is one of the shallow training sites of the island. Muciara Diving Center uses it so that children and beginners can practise equipment handling and technique while seeing the marine life a few metres down. It is described together with the nearby Scoglio dell'Ariana.
