Snapper Alley
At the southern tip of Koh Bangu, boulders and reef descend towards a sandy bottom and host many fish species. Thousands of yellow snappers gather here in large schools. The site is less demanding than many Similan dives and is used for check dives and night dives, when moray eels and invertebrates become active. Depending on the current, groups may reach an area where many blue-spotted stingrays gather.
