Hole in the Wall
Also known as: Hole in Wall Reef
Hole in the Wall takes its name from a swim-through in the wall at around 120 ft, which Paradise Scuba no longer enters because of its depth. The site is still one of the most requested by returning divers. Above the sheer drop-off, sandy channels run between the reef, and nurse sharks often rest in them. Divers report Caribbean reef sharks cruising deeper along the wall, along with green turtles, green moray eels and spadefish. Water clarity is often good enough to look far down the face without leaving moderate depth.
