Touch of Grey
Touch of Grey is known as a nursery ground for grey reef sharks, and groups of young sharks, some only about 60 cm long, are often seen circling or resting under ledges. Schools of reef fish such as angelfish, boxfish and snapper share the site with them. The seabed includes a ravine and intricate lava formations. Because the current is typically strong, the PADI blog recommends the site for advanced divers who are used to diving in current. The state keeps a day-use mooring of the same name for boats visiting the site.
