Manta Bay
Manta Bay lies along the cliffs of Nusa Penida's southern coastline. Plankton in the water draws manta rays, which often stay and circle around divers for much of the dive. The coral bottom with gullies and swim-throughs gives divers something to explore between passes. The water can be cool and murky and surge is common, so dive centres cannot reach the site every day.
