Malibu Point

Because of the current, corals here grow low, with big table corals, bommies and many whip corals on a steep slope. Usually the dive is a slow drift past schools of fusiliers, rainbow runners, redtooth triggerfish, trevally and barracuda. Whitetip and blacktip reef sharks, thresher sharks, manta rays and mola mola are possible, and whale sharks have been seen. Frogfish, leaf scorpionfish and morays live on the reef. AquaMarine recommends at least Advanced Open Water certification and 50 logged dives.
