Gerombong
Also known as: Pura Gerombong · Grombong
Gerombong lies at the northern end of the Tulamben coast and is entered from a steep pebble beach near the temple that gives the site its name. At about 5 m a sandy slope begins, with a reef and a small wall on one side and the muck slope on the other. World Adventure Divers recorded more nudibranch species here than at any other Tulamben site, and frogfish, boxer crabs, emperor shrimps and peacock mantis shrimps are also found. Amed White Sand Divers points out a decorated small cavern at about 13 m. The site is popular for photography competitions and can get crowded in high season.
