Ferry Channel
Also known as: Channel
Ferry Channel lies right next to the narrow channel used by the ferries of Padang Bai, which is why it is one of the least visited sites of the bay. Bottles Up starts the dive outside the green beacon that marks the channel's east side, on a steep slope with horizontal crevices where lobsters and sometimes whitetip reef sharks rest. Bali Aqua dives the deeper slope at 25 to 30 m, looking for giant lobsters, moray eels, ceratosoma nudibranchs and pygmy seahorses on the sea fans. Cleaning stations attract larger reef fish, and turtles appear in the shallower parts. Calm seas and a mild or northward current are needed to dive it safely.

Vote for the name divers really use. Divers who logged a dive here count double. The votes are counted every night, and the main name only changes when another name has led clearly for a week.
