Inner Islands (Mahe, Praslin, La Digue)

Seychelles

The granitic Inner Islands, centered on Mahe, Praslin and La Digue, form the core of Seychelles' dive tourism with granite reef walls and wreck diving.

The Inner Islands, also called the Granitic Seychelles, comprise 43 granite islands on the Seychelles Bank, with Mahe, Praslin and La Digue as the main diving bases. Mahe is known for wreck diving, including the Ennerdale wreck, and reef shark encounters near the capital Victoria. Praslin serves as a base for granite wall dives around Aride Island. No single sourced centroid coordinate exists for the group as a whole, so none is set here.
