Dredger Wreck

Also known as: Dredger · Dredger Rock

After its work on the airport reclamation in the 1970s, the dredger was scuttled off Danzilles in October 1989. The hull lies on a sandy bottom and has become a thriving artificial reef. Schools of blue-striped and yellow snappers almost cover it, and jackfish patrol above. Several kinds of scorpionfish, including stonefish, sit on the structure, and a family of catfish and many moray eels live at the back of the wreck.
