Decades of discarded bottles, cans and tyres around the jetty pylons now shelter a wealth of small creatures. Ghost pipefish, demon stingers, allied cowries, seahorses, octopus, mantis shrimps and many nudibranchs are found here, along with juvenile sweetlips and banded sea snakes. The pylons themselves are overgrown with corals and reeftop pipefish. Most of the dive stays shallow, making it a long, relaxed macro dive.
