Bell Buoy
Bell Buoy is a nearly round, dome-shaped reef with gently sloping coral and forests of brown coral trees about 8 ft tall. Gorgonians are common, and brown and blue chromis, angelfish and parrotfish swarm over the reef. Its modest depth means the reef is usually well lit, which photographers appreciate. Operators rate it for all levels from beginner up.
