Canal da Sela da Gineta

The site is on the flank of the small Sela Gineta island among the islets north-east of the main island. Divers follow a wall with sand at its base and drift from the outer sea to the inner sea. The water is very clear and fairly shallow, and the position in the channel can bring a moderate current. Sea chubs, sergeant majors, squirrelfish, turtles and lobsters are among the life reported here.
