Quathiaski Cove

Also known as: Q-Cove · Old Ferry landing

The site is reached from the end of Old Ferry Road, followed by a short hike down to the water. Divers enter facing west, and tidal exchanges can be strong, so timing matters. Kelp, many kinds of fish and swimming scallops are the main attraction, with seals and occasionally otters about. Visibility swings between excellent and poor depending on the season. A shorediving.com reviewer notes that the old ferry dock, which once made the site especially rich, has been removed.
