Because of the rope-assisted entry and exit through the canyon, Sinai Divers runs this site only in calm surface conditions and only with experienced divers. Once through the canyon, the reef opens up with colourful corals and reef life. Past a garden eel field the bottom continues to deeper water, with groupers, basslets and wrasses on the south side. A large coral hill on the north side is known for big moray eels and scorpionfish.
