Sharm Abu Dabbab

Also known as: Garden Reef

The name refers to the V-shaped notch in the reef, which hides a network of tunnels, pools and canyons. Light falls through the partly open roof, so the corals show their full colour even inside. Current can run strongly through the tunnels, and a fixed rope helps divers along. Outside, a large hard coral garden stretches along the reef and can also be dived as a drift from north to south. The site is reached by speedboat or zodiac.
