No Name Pinnacle
No Name Pinnacle is a granite pinnacle about 200 m west of Twins, off Koh Nang Yuan, and since 2023 the HTMS Suphairin wreck has been lying about 15 m away. The pinnacle starts at about 14 to 18 m, meets sand at around 20 m on the east side and slopes to about 30 m on the west, where smaller rocks lie at about 25 m; a large crack through the main rock forms a swim-through. Its specialty is the chance of pelagic visitors close to the inshore sites: queenfish, Spanish mackerel, cobia, rainbow runners and seasonal whale sharks have been seen passing, while Jenkins whiprays rest in the deeper sand. The rock itself holds groupers, scorpionfish and moray eels, and schools of fusiliers and trevally hang around it. One centre calls it the only partly sheltered deep site during the northeast monsoon; visibility can be poor and current is possible, so Advanced Open Water is recommended, and the dive is often combined with the wreck or finished in Twins.
