Lapas 03

Lapas 03 is a 36 m metal vessel that was scuttled together with the Fang Ming after both were seized for carrying migrants illegally. The two wrecks lie near Isla Ballena off the west coast of Isla Espiritu Santo at a depth of about 21 m. They were sunk to promote artificial reef growth for recreational diving and allow penetration over several levels.
