Lone Tree
Divers swim out from the beach over attractive shallow corals to a white sand patch with scattered coral bommies. From there two profiles are possible: a deep wall on the right-hand side and a deep, healthy sloping reef with many fish species on the left. The shallows are home to a very large anemone garden crowded with clownfish, and lionfish and scorpionfish shelter in the deeper part. Devil rays, whitetip reef sharks and Napoleon wrasse are counted among the lucky sightings. Dive Timor Lorosae describes the beach entry as easy at any time.
