Dia's Rock
The boat anchors close to shore in 5 m of calm water, so the descent is easy. Divers follow the reef to the corner of the bay, where small metal parts and the casing of a WWII mine rest beneath a rock. Outside the bay a slope with many cavities leads deeper. Clouds of sardines, bream and damselfish, groupers and moray eels are typical, and dentex, barracuda and trumpetfish appear from time to time. Both operators rate it suitable for all levels.
