Punta San Pancrazio

Also known as: S.Pancrazio Point · Punta di San Pancrazio · San Pancrazio

The deeply grooved cliff above water repeats itself below, with cracks and grottoes where groupers and conger eels live. Ischia Diving runs three routes: the west wall over stacked boulders towards 60 m, the south wall at the tip with its shrimp cave, and the outer Scoglio di Bacco. Instead of red gorgonians, the south wall has dense thickets of yellow gorgonians and walls covered in Parazoanthus around 25 m. Its exposed position brings little tunny, amberjack, gilthead bream and barracuda hunting anchovies.
