Punta di Puolo

Also known as: Puolo Bay · Puolo

Puolo can be dived from the shore, so trainees get a wall dive without a boat ride, while more experienced divers visit a set of caves of varying difficulty along the wall. The site is best known for its night dives. After dark, seahorses, the anemone Alicia mirabilis, sea hares, Stenopus shrimp and narwhal shrimp come out, and with luck the rare triton snail Cymatium parthenopeum.
