Yap Trench
This is not a reef dive: divers drift in open water at night over the trench, carried by the current. The draw is a nocturnal open-ocean community rarely seen elsewhere, with squid, octopus and many fish larvae. Manta Ray Bay recommends it for experienced divers and underwater photographers. The boat ride from the resort is short.
