Gilmaan Wall

Also known as: Gilman Wall

Lying close to Yap's southern point, the wall is crowded with life. The wall is mostly hard coral, with large blankets of brown Porites hosting colourful tube worms and patches of daisy coral between them. Yellow soft coral can be found under ledges at about 21 m when the current is running. Squirrelfish, snappers, groupers and big schools of anthias are common, and clown triggerfish are sometimes seen near the base. Asia Dive Site also mentions whitetip sharks, parrotfish and moray eels.
