Teonai
Teonai starts among small faults and large coral formations with overhangs, where lionfish, big moray eels, paddletail snappers, wrasses and surgeonfish live alongside whitetip reef sharks. Raie Manta Diving Tikehau likens it to a huge aquarium because of the thousands of bigeye scad schooling here. Towards the drop-off divers meet dogtooth tuna and circling Heller's barracuda, and eagle rays visit. Raie Manta Diving Tikehau also runs introductory dives here, in the company of blacktip sharks.
