Mahuta
Mahuta is only dived in calm conditions and with the incoming current, which also brings the clearest water. Divers enter beside Motu Fara and drift into a valley lined by a wall rich in coral, with unicornfish, surgeonfish, paddletail snappers and fusiliers. Manta or leopard rays sometimes swim against the current. The dive ends over sand dunes scattered with coral heads where nudibranchs, moray eels, groupers, jacks and whitetip and blacktip sharks live.
