Ledges of Little St. James
También conocido como: Ledges at Little St. James · Ledges of Little Saint James
On the west side of Little St. James the sand has been washed out from below coral ridges, leaving long ledges and overhangs. The ledges follow the island at two depths, so divers can swim out along the deeper line and back along the shallower one. The undercuts are a resting place for nurse sharks and turtles, and spotted eagle rays, French grunts, yellowtail snappers and yellowhead jawfish are regular sightings. The site is calm and clear most of the time and is used for introductory dives and night dives.
