Dive Flag Rock

Dive Flag Rock takes its name from a rock on the Buck Island shoreline that can be picked out from the mooring. Divers drop onto shallow sand, visit a cluster of coral heads with juvenile fish and then follow a coral-encrusted wall down to the sand. Aqua Marine describes the site as a busy cleaning station where hawksbill turtles stop to be cleaned. Spotted eagle rays, barracuda, schooling fish and young blacktip reef sharks are reported along the slope. Aqua Action counts it as one of the two Buck Island Wall dives, together with Andre's Reef.
