Buck Island Point

Buck Island Point lies on the western tip of Buck Island, a short boat ride south of St. Thomas. The dive begins on a lively reef at about 45 ft with West Indian sea urchins, arrow crabs, spotted eels and octopus. From there a mini-wall slopes down to the sand, where southern stingrays and conch gather. Large schools of grunts and snappers live on the reef, and reef sharks are sometimes seen.
