Donald Duck Bay

The white sand bay on the northwest side of Koh Similan is where many liveaboards stop for the night. Rocky shallows give way to sand and coral patches, where blue-spotted stingrays and Jenkins rays are common. At night cuttlefish, crabs, shrimps and small lobsters come out on the open sand, which makes the site popular with macro photographers. Some of the coral is damaged, but healthy patches remain, and the bay is also a snorkelling spot by day.
