Punta Battistoni
The dive starts from the shore, which leaves time to settle into the water before heading out. Rocky slopes and shoals alternate with sand and Posidonia down to about 18 m. The highlight is a rock at around 12 m with an air bell, where divers can surface their heads while keeping the regulator in. Fragments of Roman amphorae lie among the sand and seagrass, and octopuses sometimes use them as doors to their dens. There is normally no current.
