Blue Magic

Blue Magic is a seamount with no island above it, so divers drop into the blue and descend onto its top. Several cleaning stations on the summit draw in reef fish, and deeper down schools of jacks, trevallies, barracuda and Spanish mackerel circle the pinnacle. Grey reef and blacktip reef sharks patrol the edges, and oceanic manta rays visit in season. Currents can be strong, especially around full moon, so many divers use a reef hook and the site is usually recommended for experienced divers.
