Seal Rock
Also known as: Hundred Foot Pinnacle
Sponges and other filter feeders cover its vertical walls, and jewel anemones grow in dense beds towards the surge zone. Giant boarfish and yellow-banded perch are found deep, while marblefish, kelpfish and butterfish live in the shallows. Because the rock reaches great depth, it acts as an oasis for many shallow-water fish.
